About the role
HappinessCue is hiring a Senior Expert Onboarding Executive to take on the more involved onboarding cases and keep the process for bringing independent experts into the network reliable. Beyond moving experts through registration yourself, you will look for ways to make onboarding quicker, clearer and more consistent.
What you'll do
- Handle complex or delayed onboarding cases, resolving gaps in documents or profile details with each expert.
- Review onboarding checklists and suggest changes where experts commonly get stuck or drop off.
- Agree clean handovers with verification and operations colleagues and remove duplicate requests to experts.
- Check completed expert profiles for accuracy and consistency before they go live.
- Answer process questions from newer onboarding colleagues and share practical lessons from difficult cases.
- Prepare regular onboarding status updates highlighting pending cases, blockers and process improvements.
What you'll bring
- 2–5 years of experience in onboarding, operations or partner coordination, ideally with external professionals.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; some assignments may consider relevant experience instead.
- Excellent attention to detail and a firm grasp of process management.
- Confident stakeholder coordination across independent experts and internal teams.
- Persistent follow-up and the judgement to escalate cases that cannot move forward.
Good to have
- Experience documenting processes or writing simple standard operating procedures.
- Exposure to onboarding independent professionals in education, well-being or holistic fields.
