About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Fashion Show Producer to produce large fashion shows where timing, styling and staging must align perfectly. You will direct vendors and production crews, manage budgets and turn designers' creative visions into shows that run seamlessly. The role is central to how collections are presented.
What you'll do
- Produce large fashion shows from concept through rehearsals to the final walk.
- Translate designer and creative director visions into staging, lighting, sound and runway plans.
- Direct vendors for set, lighting, sound, backstage and hospitality, holding them to schedule.
- Manage backstage flow, including models, dressers and hair and make-up timings.
- Control production budgets and negotiate with suppliers on scope and cost.
- Develop the production team, sharing standards and disciplined show-calling.
What you'll bring
- 9–13 years of experience producing fashion shows or large fashion and luxury productions.
- A graduate degree, alongside deep practical knowledge of live fashion production.
- Strong vendor leadership and negotiation skills with creative suppliers.
- Detailed knowledge of runway staging and backstage management.
- Composure and decisiveness when problems arise during live shows.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
- Exposure to fashion weeks or designer showcases with tight changeovers.
- Familiarity with business planning for a portfolio of productions.
