About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Luxury Sales Consultant for a role where trust is earned over many visits, not one sale. Clients come back because they are known, remembered and advised honestly, and this role carries that standard on the shop floor.
What you'll do
- Keep a personal book of clients, noting their preferences, past purchases and important dates.
- Reach out to clients when something suited to their taste arrives, without pressing them to buy.
- Give honest advice on fit, finish and care, even when it means recommending a different piece.
- Arrange private appointments for clients who prefer an unhurried, one-to-one experience.
- Resolve exchanges and after-sales matters personally so the relationship stays intact.
- Show newer consultants how to read a client and when to step back.
What you'll bring
- 2–5 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- A genuine interest in people and the patience to build long relationships with them.
- Discretion with client information and composure in demanding conversations.
- Ownership of your sales targets alongside a high standard of service.
Good to have
- A loyal personal clientele from previous luxury roles.
- Familiarity with clienteling tools or CRM systems for recording client history.
- Prior experience in the retail and luxury sector.
