About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Mall Partnerships Manager to build and run partnerships with malls for events and experiential activations. You will coordinate each activation from the first conversation to the final wrap-up, keeping mall teams, vendors and clients aligned. Strong partnerships here decide where events take place and how well they land.
What you'll do
- Build working relationships with mall management teams to secure spaces and dates for events and activations.
- Coordinate event plans across mall partners, vendors and internal teams so every activation runs as agreed.
- Act as the main client contact for mall-based events, handling briefs, updates and post-event feedback.
- Select, brief and manage vendors for fabrication, staffing and production, checking quality against timelines.
- Negotiate partnership terms with malls and resolve operational issues before they affect the event day.
- Review completed events with partners and clients, and improve the way future activations are planned.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in event coordination, mall partnerships or experiential marketing.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with a practical grounding in partnerships or events.
- Proven client servicing skills, with the ability to manage expectations across several stakeholders at once.
- Hands-on vendor management experience, including briefing, scheduling and on-ground quality checks.
- Clear, confident communication in meetings, on calls and in writing.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the events, experiential or hospitality sector.
- Exposure to mall operations and how footfall-driven spaces schedule their common areas.
- Familiarity with event budgeting and drafting simple partner agreements for activations.
