About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Channel Sales in real estate. You will head the channel sales function, grow customer acquisition through broker and partner networks and take responsibility for the revenue those channels generate.
What you'll do
- Manage the channel sales team that looks after property brokers and channel partners.
- Expand the partner network through structured onboarding and engagement plans.
- Set customer acquisition plans with the team and monitor referral quality and conversion.
- Manage channel revenue, tracking bookings by partner and forecasting closures.
- Negotiate partner terms and resolve escalations with senior partners personally.
- Work with marketing and sales leadership on new launches and channel activation.
- Enforce fair, transparent rules on referral ownership so partner trust stays intact.
What you'll bring
- 8–13 years of experience in real estate sales and channel management.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven team leadership with channel or sales teams in property.
- Strong revenue management and forecasting skills for booking pipelines.
- Wide relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the Real Estate sector across residential or commercial offerings.
- Exposure to channel activation and partner briefings during property launches.
- Familiarity with real estate regulations relevant to brokers and sales.
