About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Client Relationship Management to strengthen and expand relationships with important clients in financial services. You will guide a relationship team, manage senior stakeholders, while driving revenue growth from the existing client base. The role shapes how clients experience the business at its most important touchpoints.
What you'll do
- Guide the relationship team, allocating portfolios while reviewing how well each client is covered.
- Manage senior client stakeholders, settling complex service or commercial matters personally.
- Grow revenue by deepening share of wallet, winning new mandates from existing clients.
- Pursue business development openings with prospective clients that fit the segment.
- Review portfolios regularly, flag at-risk relationships, then put retention plans in place.
- Work with product, operations or compliance colleagues to deliver solutions clients can rely on.
What you'll bring
- 8–13 years of experience in client relationship management or key accounts within financial services.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- A record of growing revenue from a relationship-managed client base.
- Experience developing relationship teams, holding them to clear goals.
- Strong stakeholder management with sound judgement in sensitive client situations.
Good to have
- Exposure to regulated client onboarding with its documentation processes.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector at a senior relationship level.
- Familiarity with analysing the profitability of client relationships.
