About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Luxury Retail to direct retail operations and sales performance with a strong focus on customer experience. You will set direction for retail teams, manage performance and work with senior stakeholders to grow the luxury business.
What you'll do
- Set retail priorities that balance sales growth, operational discipline and a refined customer experience.
- Run sales management routines, including goal setting, reviews and coaching for retail leaders.
- Handle performance management for store leadership, from clear expectations to development plans and difficult conversations.
- Oversee retail operations, making sure standards, controls and processes are consistently followed.
- Use customer feedback and service measures to improve how clients are welcomed and served.
- Represent retail in discussions with senior stakeholders on investments, launches and plans.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years in retail, with senior leadership experience in luxury or premium environments.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong sales management and retail operations expertise built over several roles.
- Experience guiding teams through structured, fair performance management.
- A deep commitment to customer experience in a luxury context.
Good to have
- Exposure to luxury retail operations spread across multiple locations.
- Familiarity with methods for measuring customer experience and service quality.
- Prior experience in the luxury retail sector at a senior level.
