About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Operations to run operations and strengthen how the business serves its key accounts. You will guide teams, manage senior stakeholders and support business development so that operations contribute directly to revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Head operations teams, setting priorities and holding managers accountable for delivery.
- Manage delivery for key accounts, holding regular reviews with client stakeholders.
- Support business development by shaping solutions and delivery plans for new opportunities.
- Improve operational processes to raise quality and efficiency across teams.
- Coach and develop team leaders and managers for larger responsibilities.
- Report performance and risks to senior stakeholders and agree corrective actions.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years of experience in operations management, including key account delivery.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong team leadership built over several years of managing managers.
- Stakeholder management at senior levels, both internal and client-side.
- Commercial awareness that links day-to-day operations with revenue.
Good to have
- Experience in a services business with long-standing client accounts.
- Exposure to formal process improvement programmes across service operations.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control for operations.
