About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Partnerships & Sponsorships to manage partner and sponsor relationships and make sure every commitment is delivered at events. You will service partners, coordinate the vendors and operations behind sponsor deliverables and keep partnership budgets in order. The role turns signed agreements into experiences partners are glad to renew.
What you'll do
- Manage relationships with event partners and sponsors as their senior point of contact.
- Map every sponsorship commitment into an operations plan with owners and deadlines.
- Coordinate vendors building branded spaces, hospitality areas and partner activations.
- Prepare and track partnership budgets, including fulfilment costs and approvals.
- Set servicing standards for the partnerships team and review partner reports before release.
- Gather partner feedback after events and propose improvements for renewal discussions.
What you'll bring
- 8–13 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorship servicing or event and hospitality operations.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as marketing or business.
- Strong client servicing skills with senior partner stakeholders.
- Experience managing vendors and budgets for event deliverables.
- Team leadership and clear, timely communication with partners.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the events or partnerships sector.
- Exposure to sponsorship valuation and activation reporting for partners.
- Familiarity with contract management and renewals for partnership agreements.
