About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Retail Operations to lead day-to-day and long-term operations for luxury retail stores. You will set the standards for how stores run, how clients are served and how teams perform. In luxury retail, consistent operations are what make every client visit feel considered.
What you'll do
- Set operating standards for luxury stores covering client service, stock handling, presentation and daily routines.
- Lead store managers through regular reviews of sales, service quality and operational discipline.
- Shape the client experience so every visit reflects the care and detail expected in luxury retail.
- Build performance management practices for store teams, including goal-setting, feedback and development plans.
- Analyse sales trends by store and category, and direct the actions that strengthen results.
- Partner with senior stakeholders in merchandising, marketing and finance on operational priorities.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years of experience in retail operations, including senior roles in luxury or premium retail.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong sales management experience across more than one store.
- Proven team leadership, with a record of developing store managers.
- A refined understanding of luxury client expectations and service etiquette.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury retail sector, ideally across more than one category.
- Exposure to client retention practices in high-value retail.
- Familiarity with retail audit, loss prevention and compliance processes.
