About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Retail Sales Associate to serve customers on the store floor and support newer associates. You will demonstrate products, recommend the right options and handle billing with care. Your experience helps the store give every shopper a smooth, helpful visit.
What you'll do
- Greet customers, understand what they are looking for and guide them to suitable products.
- Demonstrate product features clearly so customers can compare options and decide with confidence.
- Suggest relevant add-ons and upgrades only where they genuinely suit the customer's needs.
- Handle billing accurately at the counter, including exchanges and returns as per store policy.
- Show newer associates how to approach customers, present products and close a sale.
- Keep your section tidy, stocked and well presented throughout the trading day.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- A friendly, patient approach to customer service, even at busy times.
- Confidence in demonstrating products and in upselling without pressure.
- Accuracy with billing and handling transactions at the counter.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the retail sector as a senior associate or floor lead.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Exposure to handling customer complaints and resolving them calmly.
