About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Store Manager – Luxury to run a luxury store as both a business and an experience. You will own the store P&L, lead the team and make clienteling the centre of how the store grows.
What you'll do
- Own the store P&L, managing sales, margin, staffing costs and operating expenses.
- Coach and develop the store team, building future leaders from within.
- Embed clienteling routines so that top clients are known, contacted and served personally.
- Host client events and private appointments in partnership with marketing colleagues.
- Maintain impeccable standards of presentation, service and operations in every corner of the store.
- Analyse performance by category and individual, and act decisively on opportunities.
- Work with regional and central teams on plans, launches and store investments.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years in luxury retail, including experience managing a store.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with strong commercial judgement.
- Proven P&L responsibility and confidence making decisions on store spend.
- A personal clientele and the ability to make clienteling a daily team habit.
- Experience building high-performing luxury retail teams over time.
Good to have
- Experience managing a flagship or similarly high-profile luxury store.
- Exposure to luxury watches, jewellery or leather goods categories.
- Prior experience in the luxury retail sector with direct client responsibility.
