About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Store Manager – Premium Fashion to run a premium fashion store where service and style go hand in hand. You will own day-to-day performance, improve how the team engages customers and keep operations running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Run the store day to day, setting priorities for the floor, stockroom and fitting rooms.
- Lift customer engagement by coaching staff on styling conversations and add-on selling.
- Build a clienteling habit in the team, capturing customer details and following up on new arrivals.
- Monitor sales and conversion, and adjust staffing or floor focus to improve them.
- Manage stock accuracy, replenishment and visual standards with the operations team.
- Handle escalated customer concerns personally and turn them into positive outcomes.
- Recruit, train and motivate team members, and give regular, honest feedback.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in fashion retail, including running a store or a store section.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, along with hands-on retail experience.
- Strong customer engagement and sales skills in a premium fashion setting.
- A practical understanding of retail operations and inventory control.
- Clear communication and a supportive, accountable management style.
Good to have
- Exposure to clienteling tools and customer databases in fashion retail.
- Experience running in-store styling events for regular customers.
- Prior experience in the premium fashion retail sector.
