About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Visual Merchandising Executive to create store displays that draw customers in and support sales in luxury and fashion retail. You will own display execution in stores, improve how product is presented and work with store teams on customer engagement. Presentation done well gives clients a reason to stay longer.
What you'll do
- Execute window and in-store displays to brand guidelines, adapting them to each store's layout.
- Arrange product on fixtures and tables so key pieces and new arrivals are easy to find.
- Review how displays affect sales and customer engagement, and refine them where results are weak.
- Brief store teams on display changes so they can talk to clients about featured collections.
- Support clienteling events with in-store setups that suit the collection and the occasion.
- Maintain props and display stock, and agree change-over schedules with retail operations.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in visual merchandising for luxury, fashion or premium retail.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, alongside a strong portfolio of display work.
- A sharp eye for detail, colour and composition.
- An understanding of retail operations and how presentation supports sales.
- Clear, practical communication with store teams and their managers.
Good to have
- Prior hands-on display work for luxury fashion labels.
- Familiarity with reading planograms and applying visual merchandising guidelines precisely.
- Exposure to installing seasonal window launches alongside store teams.
