About the role

HappinessCue is hiring a Services Manager to run the day-to-day delivery of its services across the academic, career, emotional well-being and spiritual areas. The role owns the processes that connect people with independent experts, keeps programmes and stakeholders aligned, and improves how the service works as a whole.

What you'll do

  • Manage service operations across all four HappinessCue areas so bookings, programmes and follow-ups run on time.
  • Map and improve the processes for matching clients with independent experts in each service area.
  • Coordinate programmes with experts, from planning and scheduling through to post-programme feedback.
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders on service issues, changes and priorities.
  • Put accuracy checks in place for client records, expert schedules and service documentation.
  • Review feedback across all areas and prioritise fixes that improve the experience for clients and experts.
  • Work with community, content and partnerships colleagues so services and outreach stay aligned.

What you'll bring

  • 3–7 years of experience in service management, operations management or programme management roles.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
  • Strong process management skills and close attention to detail across many moving parts.
  • Confident stakeholder coordination with external professionals, clients and internal teams.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, including the ability to explain a process change simply.

Good to have

  • Prior experience running services in the education, careers, well-being or holistic sectors.
  • Exposure to managing services delivered by independent experts or consultants.
  • Familiarity with building simple service dashboards from spreadsheets.
