About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Store Executive to look after customers and help a retail and luxury store run smoothly. Your day will mix greeting and assisting clients with stock, display and housekeeping tasks. Good service and attention to detail matter in every part of this hands-on role.
What you'll do
- Greet customers warmly and help them find products that match what they need.
- Lay out products neatly on display and explain features, materials and care in simple terms.
- Receive incoming stock, check it against delivery notes and replenish shelves promptly.
- Note customer preferences and follow up on enquiries so first-time visitors become regulars.
- Learn the range thoroughly so your recommendations help the store reach its sales goals.
- Assist with store opening and closing routines, including stock counts where required.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in retail, hospitality or another customer-facing role.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Courteous customer handling and a willingness to learn product details.
- Neat presentation and good communication with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability with routine store tasks, including the less visible ones like stock checks.
Good to have
- Any earlier exposure to premium or luxury products.
- Familiarity with basic stock handling processes and delivery paperwork.
- Exposure to client follow-up by phone or message after a purchase.
