About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Store Manager – Premium Retail to lead a premium store, its team and its client relationships. You will own the store's business plan, set the bar for client service and keep visual merchandising sharp. The store's reputation with clients rests on the way it is led day to day.
What you'll do
- Own the store business plan, setting priorities for sales, client service and cost control.
- Lead the store team by assigning responsibilities, coaching individuals and holding regular performance conversations.
- Model the greeting, consultation and after-sales care expected of everyone who serves premium clients.
- Keep VM in line with brand guidelines and refresh displays for launches and new seasons.
- Develop relationships with high-value clients and oversee how the team manages its client book.
- Manage inventory accuracy, store audits and operational compliance without letting service slip.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in premium or luxury retail, including store leadership.
- A graduate degree, combined with a solid track record of running a store.
- Strong client service instincts and the ability to teach them to others.
- Practical VM knowledge and a dependable eye for presentation.
- Business planning skills and comfort reading store financials.
Good to have
- Earlier store leadership within the luxury or premium retail sector.
- Exposure to opening or relaunching a premium store.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for maintaining client records and preferences.
