About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Student Relationship Manager to make sure students feel supported from enrolment to completion. You will be a dependable point of contact, resolve concerns, and strengthen the relationships that keep students engaged and satisfied.
What you'll do
- Act as the main relationship contact for your assigned students throughout their programme.
- Check in with students regularly to understand progress, concerns and goals.
- Counsel students facing academic or personal challenges and connect them with the right support.
- Resolve student issues by coordinating with academic and administrative colleagues.
- Encourage engagement in learning activities and follow up when participation drops.
- Use institutional outreach and partner relationships to bring additional opportunities to students.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in student relationship management, counselling or customer success in education.
- A graduate degree, or an MBA, as your qualification.
- Empathy and strong communication skills with students facing difficulties.
- The ability to resolve issues that cut across several teams.
- Organised follow-up and accurate notes on every student interaction.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the EdTech sector in a student-facing role.
- Exposure to designing or running student retention initiatives.
- Familiarity with tracking and interpreting student engagement data.
