About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to link planning, dispatch and delivery into one dependable flow. You will coordinate with vendors and internal functions, track movements and keep documentation tight, improving reliability a little more each month.
What you'll do
- Coordinate between procurement, warehouse and transport functions so that orders keep flowing.
- Track inventory movement and shipment status at each stage of the chain.
- Communicate with vendors on lead times, dispatch readiness and delivery problems.
- Maintain supply chain documentation and order records accurately and completely.
- Monitor service levels against agreed commitments and follow up on every exception.
- Recommend improvements that reduce delays, handling errors and repeated follow-ups.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in supply chain or logistics coordination.
- A graduate degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, operations or a related field is preferred.
- An analytical approach to tracking data, trends and exceptions across the chain.
- Strong coordination skills across internal functions and with external vendors.
- Ownership of the improvements you propose, through to their implementation.
Good to have
- Exposure to demand planning, replenishment or inventory management.
- Familiarity with supply chain management systems and their reports.
- Prior experience in the Logistics / Supply Chain sector across more than one function.
