About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Talent Coordinator – Media to look after artists and on-screen talent across productions and events. You will make sure talent knows where to be, what is expected and who to call.
What you'll do
- Coordinate talent schedules across shoots, recordings, interviews and live appearances.
- Confirm talent requirements in advance and share them with production and event teams.
- Prepare itineraries, briefing notes and contact sheets for each talent engagement.
- Receive talent at events, manage green rooms and hand over smoothly to stage teams.
- Liaise with artist managers and agents on availability, approvals and changes.
- Record talent commitments and agreements accurately for production records.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in talent coordination, artist relations or production in media and entertainment.
- Graduation in any discipline, which is the essential qualification for this role.
- Excellent planning ability, with schedules kept current as commitments move.
- Tactful, discreet communication with artists and the people who represent them.
- A calm, organised approach when timings shift on the day.
Good to have
- Relevant experience or demonstrated skills from music, film, television or live events.
- An existing network among artist managers or talent agencies.
- Familiarity with event support work such as stage management or guest relations.
