About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Talent & Model Coordinator to bring the right people to every shoot, prepared and on time. You will manage model and talent bookings and support shoot planning from brief to wrap.
What you'll do
- Shortlist models and talent against creative briefs and share options with the production team.
- Book talent, confirm dates and agree requirements such as fittings and wardrobe needs.
- Plan shoot logistics with photographers, stylists and vendors, building clear shoot schedules.
- Send briefs, mood boards and shoot details to talent ahead of each booking.
- Act as the point of contact for talent on shoot days, keeping them informed and comfortable.
- Maintain talent records, portfolios and booking history for future projects.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in talent coordination, model booking or shoot production.
- A graduate degree in Mass Communication, Fashion, Media, Marketing or a related discipline.
- Strong scheduling skills and the composure to handle last-minute changes.
- Warm, professional communication with talent, agents and crew.
- Good attention to detail on bookings, confirmations and paperwork.
Good to have
- Working relationships with model agencies and talent managers.
- Familiarity with fashion, beauty or advertising shoots and how they run.
- Exposure to usage rights and talent release paperwork.
