About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Territory Manager – Education to build and deepen relationships with educational institutions across an assigned territory. You will own institutional outreach, bringing schools and colleges closer to the client's programmes and keeping those partnerships active. It is a role for someone who wins trust patiently and turns introductions into lasting working relationships.

What you'll do

  • Plan and carry out institutional outreach to schools, colleges and other learning institutions within your territory.
  • Build working relationships with principals, administrators and faculty who influence decisions on student programmes.
  • Run counselling or information sessions for students wherever a partner institution invites you to do so.
  • Map the territory to prioritise institutions by potential, and maintain an up-to-date outreach plan.
  • Follow through on every partnership commitment so institutions see consistent, reliable support over time.
  • Track territory performance, analyse where relationships are stalling, and adjust your approach to unblock them.

What you'll bring

  • 4–8 years of experience in education sales, institutional relationships or territory management.
  • A graduate degree or an MBA, with a clear grasp of how education decisions are made.
  • Confident communication with senior academic stakeholders as well as with students and parents.
  • The ability to run a territory independently, planning your own outreach calendar and priorities.
  • A track record of institutional relationships that lasted well beyond the first agreement or event.

Good to have

  • Prior experience in the education or EdTech sector working directly with institutions.
  • Familiarity with academic calendars and admission cycles, and how they shape the timing of outreach.
  • Exposure to one-to-one student counselling alongside institutional relationship work.
