About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a VIP Hospitality Manager to plan and deliver discreet, flawless hospitality for VIP guests at events and luxury occasions. You will set service standards, manage the VIP hospitality team and coordinate every detail behind the scenes.
What you'll do
- Plan VIP guest journeys for each event, covering arrivals, seating, hosting and departures.
- Set and brief service standards for VIP hosts, with a focus on discretion and detail.
- Coordinate with security, protocol and event teams on VIP movement and timings.
- Run the VIP hospitality team on the day, adjusting quickly when plans change.
- Manage guest preferences and sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Review each event with stakeholders and plan improvements for future occasions.
What you'll bring
- 7–11 years of experience in VIP, luxury or event hospitality, including team management.
- A qualification in hotel management or a graduate degree.
- A refined understanding of luxury service standards and etiquette.
- Strong planning and coordination skills for complex, multi-part events.
- Discretion and composure when hosting high-profile guests and their companions.
Good to have
- Exposure to protocol for dignitaries or celebrity guests.
- Experience managing hospitality budgets and vendor requirements for events.
- Prior experience in the events or luxury sector.
