About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead visual merchandising in retail and luxury settings, with a strong focus on coordination and client relationships. You will take presentation briefs, plan execution and follow up until displays meet expectations. The role links creative presentation with dependable service to the people who rely on it.
What you'll do
- Take visual merchandising briefs from clients and brand stakeholders, confirming scope, timelines and expectations.
- Plan display and window execution, coordinating vendors, store teams and installers.
- Follow up after each installation to gather feedback and close any open points quickly.
- Identify new opportunities with existing clients, such as seasonal windows and in-store activations.
- Maintain strong relationships with store managers and brand contacts through regular, clear communication.
- Review display quality in stores and agree corrections with the teams responsible.
What you'll bring
- 3–10 years of experience in visual merchandising, with client-facing responsibility.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Strong client servicing skills and a habit of managing relationships proactively.
- Well-organised coordination, with follow-ups that never depend on someone else chasing.
- A good eye for retail and luxury presentation.
Good to have
- Visual merchandising work completed for retail and luxury brands.
- Exposure to business development for visual merchandising services.
- Familiarity with display fabrication, materials and installation planning.
