About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Wellness Expert for part-time client sessions, bringing professional knowledge to people working on their wellbeing. You will lead sessions with care and expertise, helping each client feel understood and go away with practical guidance they can use.
What you'll do
- Conduct client wellness sessions within your own discipline and area of expertise.
- Understand each client's goals, history and concerns before recommending an approach.
- Plan the structure of each session and manage time so that it stays focused.
- Explain guidance clearly and check that clients can apply it in daily life.
- Keep confidential session notes and track each client's progress over successive sessions.
- Maintain professional boundaries and refer clients onward when needs fall outside your scope.
What you'll bring
- 2–10 years of experience delivering wellness sessions in your discipline.
- A relevant professional qualification or certification, with demonstrated experience in the service area.
- Strong client engagement skills and empathetic, clear communication.
- Professionalism, reliability and consistent respect for client privacy.
- Deep domain expertise that you can explain in simple, practical terms.
Good to have
- Exposure to working with clients from varied backgrounds and wellbeing needs.
- Familiarity with structured session planning or client progress tracking.
- Prior experience in the Fitness & Wellness sector delivering one-to-one sessions.
