About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Airport Ground Services Executive to handle passengers through check-in, boarding and arrival so flights depart on time. The role combines passenger handling with careful documentation and close coordination with airport operations.
What you'll do
- Check in passengers, verify travel documents and tag baggage correctly.
- Manage boarding at the gate, including announcements, boarding pass checks and passenger counts.
- Prepare and file flight-related passenger documentation for each departure.
- Coordinate with ramp, baggage and operations teams on delays or last-minute changes.
- Assist arriving passengers with connections and mishandled baggage reports.
- Follow safety and security procedures at every step of passenger handling.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in ground handling, airport operations or passenger services; freshers may apply.
- Completion of 10+2 or a graduate degree depending on the role; training in aviation, hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Attention to detail with travel documents and baggage records.
- Steady communication with passengers and colleagues under time pressure.
- Respect for procedures and safety rules, even when flights are running late.
Good to have
- Familiarity with departure control systems used at check-in and boarding.
- Exposure to handling flights for more than one airline.
- Prior experience in the aviation sector within ground handling.
