About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Business Operations Analyst to bring clarity to how operations are performing. You will gather and analyse operational data in MS Excel, produce reliable reports and work with stakeholders to solve the problems you uncover.
What you'll do
- Collect operational data from different teams and organise it into clean, usable datasets.
- Build MS Excel models and reports that track productivity, turnaround time and quality.
- Analyse trends and exceptions, and explain their likely causes in plain language.
- Work with process owners to understand workflows and document them accurately.
- Recommend practical improvements and help stakeholders test whether they actually work.
- Prepare regular performance summaries for stakeholder reviews and research updates.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in operations analysis, MIS or research support.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and charts.
- A structured, evidence-based approach to problem solving and root causes.
- Clear communication with stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
Good to have
- Exposure to analytics, KPO or research environments with structured delivery processes.
- Familiarity with process mapping and basic statistics such as variance and averages.
- Experience presenting analysis clearly to colleagues who are not data specialists.
