Cabin Crew – Entry Level

About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring entry-level Cabin Crew to look after passengers on board and help keep every flight safe and comfortable. This is a starting role, so you will learn safety and service procedures thoroughly and apply them carefully on each flight.

What you'll do

• Welcome passengers on board, check boarding passes and help them find their seats.
• Follow safety procedures, including pre-flight checks and safety demonstrations, exactly as trained.
• Serve food and beverages and respond attentively to passenger requests during the flight.
• Assist passengers who need extra help, such as families with children or travellers with reduced mobility.
• Complete in-flight documentation and report any incidents or passenger concerns accurately.
• Communicate clearly with fellow crew and ground staff during boarding and disembarkation.

What you'll bring

• 0–2 years of experience in cabin crew, hospitality, passenger handling or customer service; freshers may apply.
• Completion of 10+2 or a graduate degree depending on the role, with aviation, hospitality or customer-service training preferred.
• A warm, composed manner with passengers in every situation on board.
• Clear communication and the ability to give instructions calmly.
• Commitment to following safety procedures without exception, every single time.

Good to have

• Completion of a recognised cabin crew training course before applying.
• Exposure to airport operations or ground services in any capacity.
• Prior experience in the aviation or hospitality sector.
