About the role
HappinessCue is hiring a Client Experience Manager for its Emotional & Personal Well-being and Spiritual & Holistic Guidance services. You will own how people experience these services, from the way a booking is handled to the care taken over follow-up, while the independent experts conduct the sessions. Getting this right matters because people often approach these areas at personal moments.
What you'll do
- Own the client experience across well-being and holistic services, setting the standard for every booking and follow-up.
- Review how enquiries are handled and make sure people are routed to an expert suited to their stated need.
- Write respectful communication standards for client-facing colleagues working in these sensitive service areas.
- Coordinate with independent experts on scheduling, programme logistics and client concerns about the experience.
- Track follow-up and satisfaction patterns, then improve processes wherever clients meet delays or confusion.
- Manage escalations about bookings or service experience with care, and close each one with a clear outcome.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience managing client experience, service operations or customer relationships.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, with relevant experience considered for some assignments.
- Empathetic, calm communication and sound judgement in sensitive conversations about service matters.
- Active listening skills and a disciplined approach to follow-up and closing the loop.
- Experience improving a service process rather than only running it day to day.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the well-being, wellness or holistic services sector.
- Familiarity with programme coordination that involves independent practitioners or facilitators.
- Exposure to designing client communication for people who reach out at sensitive moments.
