About the role
HappinessCue is hiring a Client Success Executive to look after people from their first booking through to the follow-up after a session. HappinessCue connects people with independent experts in academic, well-being and spiritual areas, and this role makes sure each person reaches the right expert and has a smooth experience. You will handle the practical side of every client journey, while the experts deliver the sessions themselves.
What you'll do
- Respond to booking enquiries from students, parents and individual clients, and explain how sessions with experts are arranged.
- Listen carefully to what each person is looking for and route them to an expert in the relevant service area.
- Follow up after sessions to confirm the experience went smoothly and record any feedback or concerns raised.
- Coordinate with independent experts on availability, rescheduling and any changes requested by clients.
- Share programme details, community events and relevant content with clients who have shown interest in them.
- Keep client records and interaction notes accurate so nothing is missed when a case changes hands.
- Pass issues outside your remit to the right internal colleague and keep the client informed until resolved.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in client service, customer success or a similar people-facing coordination role.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, though relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Clear, empathetic communication with students, parents and adult clients, both spoken and written.
- Active listening skills and the patience to understand a request fully before acting on it.
- Reliable follow-up habits and the ability to keep track of several client journeys at once.
Good to have
- Exposure to education, well-being or holistic services where clients often reach out at sensitive moments.
- Familiarity with a CRM system or another structured way of keeping client records.
- Experience coordinating with external professionals, community groups or partner organisations.
