About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a CRM Manager – Real Estate to own the post-sales relationship with property buyers across their journey to possession. You will set how buyers are communicated with, oversee collections and documentation, and take on the harder conversations yourself. The role protects both customer goodwill and the steady inflow of funds a project depends on.
What you'll do
- Own the post-booking customer process, from agreement and registration through to handover.
- Oversee demand raising and collections, reviewing overdue accounts and agreeing recovery steps.
- Handle escalated buyer complaints personally and negotiate fair resolutions within policy.
- Coordinate with sales, finance, legal and site teams so buyer commitments stay realistic.
- Improve communication templates, timelines and touchpoints so buyers always know what to expect.
- Guide CRM executives on tone, accuracy and handling of difficult buyer conversations.
- Review data on collections and complaints, and report trends alongside recommended actions.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate CRM, customer relations or collections.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or relevant experience where the assignment allows.
- Strong negotiation skills for sensitive conversations about dues, delays or changes.
- A structured approach to tracking many buyers and project milestones at once.
- Clear written communication for formal notices and routine customer updates.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the real estate and property sector at project level.
- Familiarity with property documentation, registration and possession procedures.
- Exposure to setting up or improving buyer feedback processes.
