About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive – Real Estate to nurture property leads and support buyers through site visits and decisions. You will follow up on enquiries, present properties, coordinate visits and keep CRM records accurate. Your consistency keeps interested buyers engaged until they are ready to commit.
What you'll do
- Follow up on property leads by phone and message, qualifying budget, timeline and preferences.
- Present property options, layouts and project features clearly to interested buyers.
- Coordinate site visits with the sales and site teams, confirming arrangements with each customer.
- Accompany or brief buyers during visits and note questions that need a follow-up answer.
- Update the CRM after every interaction so the lead history stays complete.
- Stay in touch after visits to address concerns and help buyers move towards a booking.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate sales support, customer relations or another customer-facing role.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, along with confidence when speaking to customers.
- Clear presentation skills and comfort discussing property details and pricing.
- Reliable follow-up across many leads without losing track of any of them.
- A courteous approach that builds trust over several conversations.
Good to have
- Sales or customer-facing experience, ideally gained in the property sector.
- Familiarity with the documentation used for residential project bookings.
- Exposure to using CRM software to track and nurture leads.
