About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion Events Manager to deliver fashion events that present collections and brands at their best. You will manage production, coordinate brand stakeholders and lead the events team.
What you'll do
- Plan fashion events such as shows, presentations and launches, from concept to delivery.
- Manage production elements including venue, set, lighting, sound and backstage.
- Coordinate with brand, design and PR teams on looks, guest lists and messaging.
- Lead casting, styling and backstage teams through rehearsals and show days.
- Manage budgets and vendors, keeping quality high and costs controlled.
- Review each event and refine formats for future seasons.
- Manage guest lists and seating with PR teams so press and buyers are well placed.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience managing fashion events or productions.
- A graduate degree; holding an MBA is equally acceptable.
- Strong fashion production and brand coordination skills across shows and launches.
- Team management on high-pressure show days with many moving parts.
- Budget control and dependable vendor management for every production.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the fashion or luxury sector.
- An existing network of fashion production vendors and stylists.
- Familiarity with fashion week schedules, formats and requirements.
