About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Healthcare Customer Care Executive to help patients and their families with questions and requests, mostly by phone and message. You will handle appointments, share accurate information, document each interaction and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams. Responsive, kind service makes a real difference when people are worried about their health.
What you'll do
- Answer patient calls and messages about appointments, services, reports and general queries.
- Book, reschedule and confirm appointments accurately in the scheduling system.
- Chase answers from the relevant department when a patient's request needs specialist input.
- Log complaints and feedback, then follow up until each issue is fully resolved.
- Record every patient interaction accurately and in line with privacy requirements.
- Guide patients on the documents and preparation needed before their visit.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in customer care, patient support or a helpdesk role; freshers may apply.
- A graduate degree, together with a calm and caring way of speaking with people.
- Empathy and patience with anxious patients and with relatives asking on their behalf.
- Accuracy with patient details, appointment records and call notes.
- The ability to handle several requests at once without losing track of any.
Good to have
- Exposure to healthcare administration, hospital operations or customer service.
- Familiarity with the medical terminology used across appointments and departments.
- Prior contact-centre or helpdesk experience in the healthcare sector.
