About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Hospital Relationship Executive to build and maintain working relationships with hospitals and their key staff. You will engage stakeholders, follow up on commitments and look for new business opportunities. Strong hospital relationships keep partnerships active and referrals flowing.
What you'll do
- Build relationships with hospital administrators, doctors and heads of department.
- Hold regular meetings with partner hospitals to understand needs and resolve issues.
- Identify new hospitals and opportunities that could turn into partnerships.
- Follow up on agreed actions and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on commitments made to hospitals.
- Record meetings and relationship status accurately for reporting purposes.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in relationship management, business development or healthcare sales.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Confident, respectful communication with medical and administrative stakeholders.
- Reliable follow-up and a patient approach to building relationships over the long term.
- Organised record-keeping of meetings, actions and partner feedback.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance sector working with hospitals.
- Familiarity with how hospital empanelment and patient referral processes work.
- Exposure to mapping influencers and decision-makers across hospital departments.
