About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring an Internal Communications Manager to keep employees informed, connected and clear about what is changing and why. You will own the internal communication calendar and make sure messages land with people across the organisation.
What you'll do
- Plan and run the internal communications calendar, covering leadership updates, announcements and change messages.
- Write and edit employee-facing content such as newsletters, intranet posts and town hall material.
- Design internal campaigns that explain new initiatives and encourage employees to take part.
- Treat business leaders as internal clients, turning their plans into communication that employees understand.
- Gather employee feedback and engagement signals to judge what is working and refine the approach.
- Manage the internal communications team, reviewing their drafts and strengthening their writing.
- Contribute to business planning by anticipating communication needs for upcoming changes and milestones.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in internal, employee or corporate communications.
- A graduate degree at minimum; an MBA is equally acceptable for this role.
- Excellent writing and editing skills for a wide range of employee audiences.
- Experience managing a team and planning communication work against business priorities.
- Tact and steady follow-through in handling internal client relationships.
Good to have
- Experience supporting employees through organisational change or restructuring.
- Familiarity with employee engagement surveys and pulse checks.
- Exposure to formats such as town halls and leadership forums.
