About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Leasing Executive to find tenants for available spaces and support each lease from first enquiry to signing. You will manage leads, show properties, negotiate terms within guidelines and stay in touch with tenants afterwards. Well-matched leases keep spaces occupied and relationships stable.
What you'll do
- Respond to leasing enquiries and qualify prospective tenants on their space needs and budget.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, highlighting the features most relevant to each tenant.
- Negotiate rent and lease terms within approved limits and record agreed points accurately.
- Coordinate lease documentation, deposits and move-in requirements with internal teams.
- Follow up with prospects who are still deciding, and keep the leasing pipeline current.
- Maintain contact with existing tenants to support renewals and address their concerns.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in leasing, property sales or customer-facing roles.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills that you use fairly and transparently.
- Organised lead management and dependable follow-up with every prospect.
- A professional, approachable manner with tenants and property owners.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the real estate and property sector on the leasing side.
- Familiarity with lease agreements, lock-in periods and other standard leasing terms.
- Exposure to commercial or residential rental markets and how they differ.
