About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Marketing Manager – Hospitality to market the property's rooms, restaurants and event spaces so they stay well booked through the year. You will own the property marketing plan, nurture partnerships and guide the people who carry out campaigns.
What you'll do
- Build an annual property marketing calendar that reflects occupancy patterns, festivals and seasonal demand peaks.
- Create seasonal offers for rooms, dining and celebrations, and check how many bookings each one actually produced.
- Develop tie-ups with complementary brands and booking partners that introduce new guests to the property.
- Brief agencies and in-house colleagues on photography, menus, signage and online listings so the property looks consistent.
- Coordinate with sales and front-line managers so that every campaign can be delivered on the ground.
- Track marketing spend against budget and present results to the property's management.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with significant time spent on hospitality or property marketing.
- A postgraduate management qualification, either an MBA or a PGDM.
- A record of hospitality campaigns that produced measurable results for rooms or dining.
- Experience negotiating partnership terms and keeping partner relationships productive over time.
- Confidence managing a marketing team and holding external agencies to agreed briefs.
Good to have
- Exposure to social media platforms and online reviews for hotels or restaurants.
- Familiarity with marketing food and beverage outlets alongside room business.
- A hospitality sector background, ideally in a property-level marketing role.
