About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Medical Device Sales Executive to build relationships with healthcare professionals and generate business for medical devices. You will meet doctors, hospital staff and purchase teams, explain products clearly, follow up and support the buying process. Credible, well-informed selling helps clinicians choose devices they can rely on.
What you'll do
- Meet doctors, hospital staff and purchase teams to understand their device requirements.
- Explain device features, usage and limitations accurately and responsibly.
- Generate new business through outreach to hospitals, clinics and other healthcare buyers.
- Follow up on quotations, product demonstrations and pending purchase decisions.
- Coordinate with internal teams on supply and after-sales support for customers.
- Track your accounts, meetings and orders against agreed sales goals.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in medical device, pharma or healthcare sales; freshers may apply.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Confidence speaking with clinicians and understanding technical product details.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills with institutional buyers.
- Honesty and responsibility in how medical products are represented.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the healthcare sector selling equipment or consumables.
- Exposure to science or biomedical studies that help with technical conversations.
- Familiarity with hospital purchase committees and procurement procedures.
