About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Partnership Marketing Manager to widen reach through co-marketing with complementary businesses. The role structures joint offers and shared campaigns where both sides gain, and then checks whether they really did. You will keep the partnership portfolio lean, useful and accountable.
What you'll do
- Source co-marketing opportunities with lifestyle and consumer businesses that share the brand's audience.
- Structure partnership offers, cost sharing and deliverables in clear written agreements.
- Run co-marketing campaigns end to end, keeping both partner teams aligned on every step.
- Measure the customers, sales or sign-ups each partnership actually generates.
- Review the partnership portfolio and retire arrangements that no longer add value.
- Manage partnership executives and agree their yearly priorities with them.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in partnership marketing, alliances or co-marketing.
- An MBA/PGDM, used to evaluate deals on their commercial merit.
- Negotiation and relationship skills that work well with external partner teams.
- The ability to assess a partnership's commercial value before and after launch.
- Experience managing a team and planning a full business year.
Good to have
- Exposure to loyalty or rewards tie-ups arranged with partner businesses.
- Familiarity with partner tracking codes and shared reporting setups.
- Prior experience in the consumer or lifestyle sector with cross-brand offers.
