About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Partnerships Manager – Lifestyle to find, negotiate and manage brand collaborations that reach new audiences. The role sits where marketing meets commercial deal-making, and success shows in partnerships that work well for both sides.
What you'll do
- Identify lifestyle brands whose audiences and values fit well, and build a pipeline of collaboration ideas.
- Pitch partnership concepts, from co-branded products to joint campaigns, and shape them into workable proposals.
- Negotiate commercial terms, deliverables and timelines, and see agreements through to signature with legal colleagues.
- Manage live partnerships, keeping both sides aligned on milestones, approvals and launch dates.
- Guide the partnerships team, sharing the pipeline and dividing ownership of key partner accounts.
- Measure each collaboration's reach and commercial return, and decide which relationships deserve renewal.
- Fold partnership plans into the wider business plan so they support marketing and revenue priorities.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience in partnerships, alliances or brand marketing within consumer or lifestyle categories.
- An MBA or PGDM, ideally with coursework in marketing, strategy or business development.
- Confident negotiation skills and the judgement to walk away from deals that do not fit.
- Strong relationship management with external brands and internal stakeholders alike.
- Commercial thinking that connects a creative idea to clear and measurable business value.
Good to have
- An existing network of contacts across lifestyle, fashion or consumer brands.
- Exposure to licensing arrangements or the development of co-branded products.
- Prior experience in the lifestyle or consumer sector, especially on collaboration-led campaigns.
