About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Patient Experience Manager to own how patients feel about their care journey and to improve it steadily. You will gather and act on feedback, handle escalations, work with stakeholders across departments and build relationships that bring patients back and encourage referrals. The role links service quality directly to trust and business.
What you'll do
- Gather patient feedback through conversations and surveys, and analyse it for recurring themes.
- Take personal ownership of escalated patient concerns and follow up until they are resolved.
- Work with clinical and administrative stakeholders to fix the root causes of poor experiences.
- Build relationships with referring doctors and partners to support business development.
- Set patient experience standards and check that teams consistently follow them.
- Report experience trends and improvement progress to management.
What you'll bring
- 3–7 years of experience in patient experience, healthcare service quality or relationship management.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Strong stakeholder handling across departments and levels of seniority.
- Empathetic communication with patients and families in difficult moments.
- An analytical approach to feedback and continuous service improvement.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance sector in a service quality role.
- Familiarity with healthcare quality frameworks and hospital accreditation standards.
- Exposure to service design or process improvement projects.
