About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Patient Relationship Executive to give a named group of patients one familiar person to deal with across repeated visits. Instead of starting from scratch each time, patients reach someone who already knows their history, upcoming tests and paperwork. That continuity makes it far easier for people to keep up with a course of treatment.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of an assigned list of patients and become their usual point of contact.
  • Line up consultations, investigations and reviews so each one happens in a sensible order.
  • Keep each patient's file current, including reports, prescription copies and consent forms.
  • Ring patients ahead of a visit with reminders, and again afterwards to check how they are managing.
  • Get clear answers from clinicians on patients' questions rather than guessing yourself.
  • Notice when someone misses an appointment and reach out quickly to rebook it.

What you'll bring

  • 1–4 years of experience in patient relations, coordination or healthcare customer service.
  • A graduate degree, plus the warmth to make returning patients feel recognised.
  • A good memory for personal details, backed by careful note-keeping.
  • Reliability in keeping appointment calendars and documents perfectly aligned.
  • Strict respect for the confidentiality of patient information in every exchange.

Good to have

  • Exposure to healthcare administration or hospital operations, especially outpatient clinics.
  • Familiarity with long-term treatment follow-up and why patients drop out of care.
  • Prior experience coordinating care for returning patients in the healthcare sector.
