About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Pharma Sales Executive who already knows the rhythm of field sales in healthcare. The role grows prescriptions and pharmacy orders for an established range by turning doctor visits and trade relationships into steady, measurable demand.
What you'll do
- Grow prescription and order volumes for your product range by working each part of your territory with purpose.
- Prioritise high-potential prescribers and give them more time, while keeping wider coverage on track.
- Convert pharmacy and stockist conversations into orders, then check that supply actually reaches the counter.
- Spot shifts in a doctor's prescribing pattern early and respond with the relevant, approved information.
- Raise product or supply complaints quickly and see each one through to a proper close.
- Keep call and order records complete each day so your manager sees an accurate picture of the territory.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation or a similar field role.
- A graduate degree, B.Pharm. or B.Sc., or another relevant qualification as required by the client.
- A track record of building prescriber and chemist relationships that translate into regular business.
- Confidence presenting scientific product details accurately and within approved guidelines.
- Self-discipline to manage your own day in the field and report on it honestly.
Good to have
- Existing working contacts among doctors, chemists and stockists.
- Experience launching a new product or reviving a slow-moving one in a territory.
- Understanding of how distributor stock levels affect day-to-day availability.
