About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Property Documentation Executive to manage the paperwork that takes a property sale from booking to registration. You will collect and check documents from buyers, coordinate with sales and site teams, and keep records accurate in the CRM. Accurate documentation protects buyers and the business from delays and disputes.
What you'll do
- Collect booking forms, identity proofs and other buyer documents and check them against requirements.
- Prepare and track agreements and related paperwork for each unit sold.
- Follow up with buyers on pending signatures, documents and outstanding dues.
- Coordinate with sales and site teams so unit details, allotments and documents all match.
- Update the CRM with documentation status so colleagues can answer buyer queries accurately.
- Explain each documentation step patiently, especially to first-time property buyers.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in property documentation, sales coordination or administrative support.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, with strong attention to detail.
- Careful handling of legal and financial documents and the confidential details in them.
- Polite, clear communication with buyers about what is needed and by when.
- Organised tracking across many files that sit at different stages.
Good to have
- Sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in a real estate business.
- Familiarity with property agreements, registration and home loan documentation.
- Exposure to using a CRM to manage customer files and document status.
