About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Property Relationship Executive to build relationships with prospective property buyers and guide them towards a confident purchase. You will manage leads, stay in regular contact and support negotiation within agreed guidelines. The role suits someone who believes good sales grow out of good relationships.
What you'll do
- Manage a set of property leads, qualifying needs and keeping each one moving forward.
- Build rapport with prospects through regular, useful contact rather than pressure.
- Present relevant property options and answer questions on features, pricing and process.
- Support negotiations on price or terms within approved limits, involving seniors where needed.
- Follow up after site visits and meetings with timely, specific information.
- Track your leads and conversions and refine your approach based on what works.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in property sales, relationship management or customer-facing roles.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline; relevant experience may be considered for some assignments.
- Friendly, confident communication and patience over a long decision cycle.
- Basic negotiation skills and a fair, transparent way of dealing with buyers.
- Reliable lead management and careful note-taking after each conversation.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the real estate and property sector in a buyer-facing role.
- Familiarity with the home loan processes that many buyers depend on.
- Exposure to referral-based selling and nurturing past buyers for introductions.
