About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Residential Leasing Executive to match tenants with homes and see each rental through to move-in. You will follow up on enquiries, present properties, coordinate viewings and keep records in the CRM. Getting the match right keeps homes occupied and tenants settled.
What you'll do
- Respond to rental enquiries and understand each household's needs, budget and preferences.
- Present available homes with clear details on rent, deposits, terms and amenities.
- Coordinate property viewings with owners, site staff and prospective tenants.
- Follow up with tenants after viewings to answer questions and close agreements.
- Help prepare rental agreements and collect the documents needed before move-in.
- Update the CRM with enquiry, viewing and agreement status for every home.
What you'll bring
- 1–4 years of experience in residential leasing, property sales or customer service.
- A graduate degree in any discipline, with a helpful, customer-first approach.
- Clear communication with tenants and property owners, who often want different things.
- Organised follow-up across many rental enquiries at once.
- Attention to detail on rental agreements and supporting documents.
Good to have
- Sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in the property sector.
- Familiarity with rental agreement terms and tenant verification steps.
- Exposure to property management or coordinating tenant move-ins.
