About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Retail Operations Executive to keep store operations organised and running smoothly. You will support inventory control, prepare reports, while coordinating with store teams so customers are well served. It is a practical role at the heart of everyday store execution.
What you'll do
- Support daily store operations, checking that opening or closing routines are completed correctly.
- Track inventory levels, receive stock, then reconcile counts against system records.
- Prepare daily or weekly operations reports on sales, stock plus store issues.
- Coordinate with store teams on task allocation, staffing gaps or service priorities.
- Help resolve customer service issues that need operational follow-up.
- Follow up on maintenance, supplies or compliance tasks until each is closed.
What you'll bring
- 0–4 years of experience in retail store operations, inventory or reporting.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Good organisation with accuracy in stock records or reports.
- Clear communication with store teams as well as with customers.
- Basic spreadsheet skills for preparing routine operational reports.
Good to have
- Exposure to inventory audits or stock reconciliation exercises.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or stock management software.
