About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Client Servicing Manager – Events to lead relationships with senior clients and make sure what was promised is delivered. You will be the bridge between client expectations and the teams that produce events. The role carries responsibility for both client trust and the health of each account.
What you'll do
- Lead relationships with senior client stakeholders, understanding business goals beyond each single event.
- Oversee delivery across accounts, checking that scope, quality and timelines match commitments made.
- Manage and mentor client servicing managers and executives on communication and judgement.
- Handle escalations personally and agree practical solutions with clients and internal teams.
- Plan account priorities and identify opportunities to extend work with existing clients.
- Review account profitability and scope changes with finance and production leads.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years of experience in client servicing for events or experiential agencies.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with strong business and client communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage senior clients and handle difficult conversations constructively.
- Strong understanding of event delivery, from planning through to post-event closure.
- Experience heading and developing client servicing teams across several accounts.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the events and experiential sector.
- Exposure to retainer relationships and annual event calendars for a single client.
- Familiarity with commercial negotiation on scope, change requests and pricing.
