About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Experiential Account Manager to lead key client accounts across experiential and activation work. You will own the client relationship, steer activations from brief to report and manage the account team. The role keeps clients confident and accounts commercially sound.
What you'll do
- Lead key experiential accounts, acting as the senior point of contact for each client.
- Interpret client briefs and guide strategy, creative and production teams toward the right activations.
- Review activation plans, budgets and timelines before they are shared with the client.
- Manage and mentor account managers and executives working on your accounts.
- Track account revenue, margins and scope, and raise issues early with leadership.
- Present post-activation reports and recommendations that shape the client's next brief.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years of experience in account management within experiential, activation or advertising agencies.
- A graduate degree or an MBA, with strong client communication skills.
- Proven account leadership with senior client stakeholders over several years.
- Solid understanding of how activations are planned, budgeted and executed.
- Experience heading account teams and managing their workload.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the experiential or advertising sector.
- Exposure to retail or consumer brand activations for agency clients.
- Familiarity with business planning and account revenue forecasting.
